Principal, Emily Donalson
- Graduate of The Florida State University and the University of South Florida

- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership
Mrs. Donalson is a Pace High School graduate. She taught middle school language arts and social studies for one year in Wakulla County before moving to Tampa to teach high school English and dropout prevention classes at East Bay High School. She spent 7 years at Navarre High School teaching English and served one year as Dean of Students before moving to Assistant Principal at Avalon Middle School. She served as AP there for 5 years before becoming the principal here at Sims Middle School. In 2022, Mrs. Donalson was named the Innovative Principal for the state of Florida.
Assistant Principal, Jules Pitts

- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Pitts is a product of the Santa Rosa County School District. He has over twenty-four years of teaching experience at the middle school and high school levels. His teaching experience includes Computer Discovery, Pre-Algebra, World History, and Physical Education. Mr. Pitts has taught and coached in the Pace community since 2005 and served as our Dean of Students for the past two school years. He now serves as the Assistant Principal at Thomas L. Sims Middle School.
